Our bylaws state that:

• the Board shall include at least one resident from four different community council districts

• the Board shall include representatives of at least two genders

• each board member elected at the annual meeting shall serve a 2-year term. Any board member can serve a max of 3 consecutive terms.

• a supermajority of the Board must be Saint Paul residents this means people who live outside of Saint Paul can apply!

• a board member (a voting member) must:

  • share Sustain Saint Paul’s purpose, and 

  • have attended two meetings. events, or actions in the past 12 months.
