Public hearing on the Hillcrest redevelopment
The Saint Paul Planning Commission’s upcoming public hearing on the Hillcrest site will be held on Friday, March 4, 2022 at 8:30 a.m. The hearing will be on the Hillcrest Master Plan, the Hillcrest Rezoning Study, the Hillcrest Zoning Code Study, and an associated amendment to the Saint Paul Comprehensive Plan.
