On Thursday, October 8th, at 6pm the last year's smash-hit event returns to the Black Hart of Saint Paul. Saint Paul vs Minneapolis, Sustain Saint Paul vs Neighbors for More Neighbors, who can come out on top in this high-stakes fundraising face-off?
