Zak Yudhishthu Ward 3
We are pleased to announce that Zak Yudhishthu has taken a leave of absence from our board in order to fill an exciting temporary paid advocacy position within Saint Paul!
Zak has lived in the Macalester-Groveland neighborhood of Saint Paul since 2020. He grew up in Portland, Oregon, and came to Saint Paul to study economics and music at Macalester College.
Zak is particularly passionate about improving housing affordability and stability, while he also enjoys working on the closely-related goals of sustainable transportation and vibrant city life.
In addition to serving on the Sustain Saint Paul board, he frequently writes about cities for publications including Streets.mn and The Mac Weekly. He is on the board of the Macalester-Groveland District Council, and has past experience working for community development nonprofits in the Twin Cities.
