Erik Myster Minneapolis

Erik was born and raised in the Midway neighborhood of Saint Paul, Minnesota. He attended Saint Paul Central High School before earning a B.A. in Political Science from Hamline University.

Before stepping into his current role, Erik worked on political campaigns across Minnesota. Through that experience, he developed a strong interest in urbanism and a belief in the importance of sustainable, dense development. He continues to stay engaged in political work, supporting candidates who share his vision for cities with diverse transportation options, thoughtful growth, and a strong tax base.

Erik currently works at World Savvy, a Saint Paul based education nonprofit. He lives in Minneapolis with his wife and son, where he enjoys watching sports and taking advantage of the nation leading parks throughout the Twin Cities.
